If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, you can reach us at hello@alreadyhere.co.uk

What information we collect and why

When you sign up to receive the Already Starter Kit or join our mailing list, we collect your name and email address. That is all.

We use this information to send you the resources you have asked for, and to keep you informed about guidance, new resources, and updates from Already that we think will be genuinely useful to you.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not ask about your child's diagnosis, medical history, or personal circumstances unless you choose to share that with us directly by getting in touch.

The legal basis for processing your data

Under UK GDPR, we need a lawful basis for processing your personal data. When you sign up to our mailing list or request a resource, you are giving us your consent to contact you. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

How we store your information

Your data is stored securely through Podia, the platform we use to manage our mailing list and digital products. Podia operates in accordance with GDPR requirements. You can read Podia's privacy policy at podia.com.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

How long we keep your data

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed to hear from us. If you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active mailing list. You can also ask us to delete your information entirely at any time by emailing hello@alreadyhere.co.uk and we will do so promptly.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you feel your data has not been handled correctly. You can find out more at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies to help it function correctly. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or for advertising purposes.

Changes to this policy

If we make any significant changes to this policy we will let you know by email or by updating this page. The date at the top of this page always reflects when it was last updated.
